The 1st Out Specialties Team promotional Sweepstakes program for Fire Departments and its Firefighters. An independent company will conduct a random drawing, no later than the 30th 0f each month for the next six months starting on September 24th, 2011, At the 1st annual 1st OUT SWAP MEET. To determine the six prospective Fire Department Sweepstakes recipients and the Firefighter Sweepstakes winners. Those selected in the random drawing ones a month will be confirmed to comply with the Promotion Rules and eligibility requirements. Those selected will be notified within fourteen (14) days per the rules of the Promotions if not present at time of drawing.

The prospective Sweepstakes winners will be interviewed by telephone to establish a profile of the Fire Department and there equipment. The delivery of Sweepstakes prize items may be dependent on manufacturer lead times, but in such cases, the winner will be advised of a projected delivery date of product(s)
